Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at niteromances@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
